February 02, 2007  –  Ryan Rydell From Rockford, IL – Ryan Rydell, former lead singer and guitarist for the group Turning Point, is going to minister to us tonight. Because of God's leading, Turning Point is no longer ministering as a group, but Ryan has been led to carry on a solo ministry. God has opened many doors for him. Come out tonight and hear some wonderful God honoring music, and learn how God is moving in the life of this dear friend!

February 09, 2007  –  Chrystal Clark From Beloit, WI – Chrystal Clark was with us last September, and we are excited about welcoming her back here. Chrystal plays guitar and sings, in a folk and acoustic style. Chrystal plays original songs inspired by her relationship with Jesus. Her prayer is that Jesus uses her music to reach others and let them know they aren't alone in their own struggles and thoughts about Christ. She also plays popular praise and worship songs. Her ministry was a great blessing to us last time; you will nor want to miss this special night!! Plan to be here, and bring your friends!

February 16, 2007  –  Saved By Grace From Kenosha / Burlington WI – Saved By Grace Need we say more??? Our friends, Saved By Grace, have been playing and recording together for many years. The band is led by Joey Halbur who also owns a recording studio. Their Blues/Rock music is always a favorite here at Josiah's Place/Overflowing Cup. Saved by Grace is a Christian rhythm and blues band. Take one part Third Day and one part Blues Traveler, throw in some silly jokes and a powerful testimony, and you'll have a pretty good idea of what SBG is all about. It is always a rockin' good time when they are here. Plan on a night filled with, singing, dancing, (who can sit still during "David's Boogie?" ????) and just plain fun. Come on out and welcome our old friends back!! /\ Mission Statement of Saved By Grace : As a Christian band we are, first and foremost, Christians! The band is the tool by which we portray the Good News of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. We are entertaining, professional, and fun to watch BUT, if you walk away from an SBG show with nothing more than a deeper love for the Lord Jesus Christ we have achieved our prime directive! We will keep the audience up and having a great time with an energetic stage presence and a spectacular sound and light show but it's when we talk about Jesus that the true meaning of what we do and who we do it for shines through.

February 23, 2007  –  Isaiah 42:10 From South Central WI – Isaiah 42:10 haven't been at Josiah's Place for a couple of years, but that will change tonight. If you like rock and roll that has a purpose, then you better plan on showing up for a great time of music and hanging out together to share the love of Jesus. This promises to be a great time, so be here for some fun and encouragement as we welcome back Isaiah 42:10. In their own words --- It's not just music... It's a ministry.
